We were negotiating a listing agreement with a realtor and her recommendation was we price the property at $555,000 if “we want to sell it fast”. We thought the number was very low. We then contacted the RazrGroup and ended up listing the property for $600,000. As part of the listing package Ramon, Martina and their support team walked the neighborhood handing out flyers and scheduled an Open House that Saturday with light snacks and beverages. The net result was we received an offer for $642,000 the first weekend and closed on the sale 30 days later. We could not have done that without them!!
